To help you locate a message quickly, you can filter the messages in any of your folders in the mailbox view.

When you use the filter option, only those messages that meet your filter criteria display. For a more general search, click the Search button.

CREATE AN EMAIL FILTER

  1. Select the Settings tab on the left hand navigation bar.
  2. Click on the Mail icon.
  3. At the bottom of the page select Configure Filters\Blocked Senders
  4. Select Create Mail Filter
  5. Type in your criteria, e.g.
    From Field contains the phrase @hyperoffice.com
  6. Move message to: Select folder
  7. Create Mail Filter
