CONFIGURING YOUR IPHONE

1. Go to the Main Menu and select Settings.

2. Scroll down and select Mail.

3. Select Add Account

4. Select Other.

5. Select which type of email account you want: IMAP or POP and add the following information to this page:

Name: Your Name
Address: \n // --> This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Description: Short Description

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):

Host Name: imap.hyperoffice.com
Username: \n // --> This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Password: yourpassword

Incoming Mail Server (POP):

Host Name: pop.hyperoffice.com
Username: \n // --> This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Password: yourpassword

Outgoing Mail Server:

If you have purchased Business Email, please contact us and we will provide the outgoing SMTP server.

6. Click Save.

7. Get back into the account and scroll to the bottom of that page and click Advanced. Add the following information on this page:
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

NOTE: If you receive a message stating the iPhone could not connect using SSL, choose 'Yes' to try again without SSL.  The message may pop up a second time.  If it does not work, simply save the account, and confirm the settings below:

POP SETTINGS:

Deleted Messages:

Remove: After one week

Incoming Settings:

Use SSL: OFF
Authentication: Password
Delete from server: Seven days
Server port: 110

Outgoing Settings:

Use SSL: Off
Authentication: Password
Server port: 587

IMAP SETTINGS:

Mailbox Behaviors:

Drafts Mailbox: As desired
Sent Mailbox: As desired
Deleted Mailbox: As desired

Deleted Messages:

Remove: After one week

Incoming Settings:

Use SSL: Off
Authentication: Password
IMAP Path Prefix: /
Server Port: 143

Outgoing Settings:

Use SSL: Off
Authentication: Password
Server Port: 587
